If you have content that needs to go up at a specific time or based on an event occurring immediately after, the best thing to do is communicate your needs. In most cases we can find a way to make it work. The beauty of our systems is that they can allow us to do work while on the go, within reason.

As many relevant pictures and videos as you can provide. For clients in the Kingston area, Photo and Video days are also a service that we offer. Long distance travel rates may apply to those more then 100km from Kingston.

Communication is key. We will come up with a plan based on your preferences. Some clients like to see everything and approve posts while others are comfortable with us posting within certain guidelines. Either way we will need to communicate on an ongoing basis to ensure everyones needs are met. The best thing you can do is produce raw content. We always need more raw content to post. We can provide ideas and work with you on this but in order to have the best success on social media you need fresh, exciting and interesting content that will catch peoples attention.

Once you have had your free consultation and we have provided service options, you will need to decide on a service package. Once selected we will send you an invoice. Once that invoice has been paid we will schedule another call to gain access to your social profiles. For this you will need admin access and passwords for all accounts to be included.

We offer a range of services from monthly consultations to full service social media packages. Every businesses needs are different. The best thing to do is set up a call. We will review your current social media presence and provide options and suggestions along with the costs based on your specific goals.

All payments for services are provided in advance for the next month. Each month you are invoiced at our renewal date and make payment within 7 days in order to continue receiving services.
